The current coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic caused a temporary halt to educational activities around the world. abrupt and fast shift from regular face-to-face learning fully online altered students’ impressions toward Blackboard application its use. It is important have an in-depth analysis of effectiveness using blackboard platform in developing skills. study included review both quantitative qualitative papers according their relevance Saudi context get clearer image about use building up EFL learners speaking purpose this address studies that investigate perceptions program as mere tool English courses Preparatory Year, well impact those on Blackboard.
